Spring Energised Seal is an elastomeric compact ring shaped barrier which is widely used in many mechanical and hydraulic applications to prevent the leakage of the oils and lubricants from the system. It is especially used where conventional seals fails down due to chemical attack, extreme heat or cold, friction, extrusion or compression set. Spring Energised Seal offers very low friction for smooth operation in rotary and reciprocating applications. It gives excellent performance at a high as well as low pressure and a wide range of temperatures. This equipment can also be used for cryogenic duties at extreme low temperature of -260 degree Celsius.
